Have updated the mobile phone again
Got one of these. It comes with a free minute, plus two subsidised half price text messages per calendar fortnight.
It also comes with 100 free “Look at the Times” so you can use it to look at the time. Extra Look at the Times cost 25p, or 50p during peak hours.

But how do you know if it is peak time or not? It also seems to have a fan mode which would be great in summer.
