Not convinced by the LG GW620’s camera
The photo doesn’t look much like her. There’s a lot of barrel distortion on the face and a clear purple border
Interesting finger arrangement, though. We can’t even begin to guess if that’s her left hand or her right hand.

I thought the breeding of mutant Holders had been outlawed in the NHA Ethics Committee paper of 1993? Maybe a truck had recently run over her hand, and she still went through with the shoot anyway, she’s THAT MUCH of a trooper.

It looks like a photoshop disaster to me, unless her left hand is also involved.
I think that she’s attempting a classical Chinese ‘cats cradle’ hold devolped during the Tang Dynasty. If so, it’s impressive. I’ve only ever seen them in woodcuts.

That’s her left hand, it’s just not attached. The photographer probably kept it after the shoot, assuming it would stay in “slightly curled” formation.
