I'll stop running them over when they stop standing RIGHT IN FRONT of the car making "slow down" gestures. Fair's fair.

The person driving is also a woman. People pay for that kind of thrill on the internet.
I would not stop, as I'm sure it is a ruse to rob me. I'd stop, then a burly man would take my car, and maybe even bum me.
